Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions become void, it will not affect the validity and enforce-ability of the remaining provisions. The void part will be replaced by provisions that are valid and have legal effect.

GUIDELINE:

1. TAP(Turf Air Plaza) is a small but popular and beautiful facility for genuine football lovers and for group of individuals with small team (not exceeding 20) who are passionate about game of football.

2. Subletting/transfer of bookings, events, tournaments, bulk bookings exceeding continuous 4 hours and gathering of any kind exceeding 20 are strictly prohibited.

3. Any booking violating terms and conditions will be cancelled and entry inside the ground will be restricted.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

1. No refunds for cancellation of bookings during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

2. 50% refund for cancellation of bookings from Monday to Friday.

3. In case of failure of booking; if amount got debited from your account then please wait for an hour and the amount debited will be refunded back to the source account automatically and if amount is not refunded; please wait for a day, communicate with your bank and feel free to call us.
